concerned about the scan groups. did both MMS and Asura scans pick it up in the same time?

the first two chapters are from MMS, which just came out a couple hours ago. Then not long after, Asura announced they picked this up with four chapters already ready and fully scnalated

so im wondering if they picked it up at the same time without knowing about the other group picking it up too..?

Then what gonna happen? I wish this won't get messier... both MMS and Asura is my one of my favorite scans groups
