Because they are uploaded by different groups of translators/scanlations. I'm just thankful enough to be able to read. The names doesnt affect me. And in korean theres no R or L, thus its used interchangably. Hence u will see rara or lala.
Who said I'm not grateful enough that i get to read it ofc i am but sometimes others readers that new to read some of manhwa/manhua they will find it confusing...it is not effect much but sometimes the names changing to a nonsensely i know about the R n L phrase in korea and japanese tho im not that stupid either...it becomes hard to read when the name is proper suddenly change to crap..if its didnt effect you than that is up to you but to me and others readers think it is effect to us..
So please consider others thought before talk about our owns thought

Yes i agree that it can be very confusing and that throws me off too. I'm not saying that you don't appreciate reading and I don't know why it came off as such to you. I'm just really thankful to be able to read regardless of the name changes despite how jarring it can be, so I don't find it affecting me as much since I've been reading mangas/manhwas/novels for over a good 15 years. Perhaps new readers will tend to get used to it over time like many others and I did. I totally understand where you are coming from.
