It’s weird though. We don’t...have to go further our education. But there’s the notion that higher education and more commitment to schooling and such rewards greater opportunities. Of course it’s encouraged and comes with higher possibilities. But like...it’s not necessary to live a decent life. I wouldn’t mind just working an ordinary with average salary and coming home to a stable roof, to be able to eat an adequate meal and worry like every other human being. I don’t necessarily need to pursue a high income job (but then again, it is much preferred to most).
But it’s whatever.
Such quick updates. This makes me happy. I’m sure I’m not the only one enjoying the realistic aspect of this story. Our mc is relatable to me. Work is work. Whether I hate it or not. School is to learn how to function as a human being. College to find job. Degree to get job. Work at unnamed job for rest of life or until retirement. Even in retirement, simply breathing would be work.
