i think Arthur being affected by Tessa's words is not just Arthur caring about Tessa and what she thinks, but also a wake-up call that he is in fact in a 13 year old boy's body and he has to live with that. while he does have exceptional abilities, that doesn't give him the right to talk to anyone around his age as if they were babies. yeah he died when he was like 50-60 years old but he has reincarnated and now lives a new life, just with the knowledge and experience he had with his previous life.
now him changing according to that is his choice, i couldn't care less. it'll just be interesting if he does ╮(￣▽￣)╭
