I’ve commented about bad characters before, but they had legitimate reasons. Yours was only because this wasn’t like other series where the Mc is super smart and calm, which there are a ton of, so I don’t see why you’re complaining. For people that want a protagonist like this, this story is for them, and her being always cheerful and optimistic isn’t a “fault”

A fault would be if an asshole character never is acknowledged as an asshole. That, is something annoying since it seems like not even the other characters find a fault in that.

However, what you’re talking about is completely different.

You want a smart protagonist cause other manhwas have a smart protagonist. However, there are different types of protagonists, one of which is the super optimistic and kind of dumb kind and is one to fall in love first. That’s a just a staple in romance genres. I’ve read shoujo sht for years, and I’m not too big a fan of doormat mcs or stuff like that, but I just skip them if I don’t like it. I don’t know why you had to have a pity party for yourself like this so the first one that you’ve found like this and you don’t like it.
