Idk what will happen to the girl but based on the spoiler -they said that maybe the gurl know about the progressing feelings they have with each other..?

I think it’s implied the girl and guy don’t actually have romantic feelings for each other, they’ve only known each other for a couple months before getting married only so she could rebel against the dad - they’re more like best friends (it also shows how they know literally nothing about each other)
