The novel is from seiichirou's pov and he thinks of all those interactions between him and aresh purely for “business" purpose so that he can do his work efficiently. I think it is left to us readers only to make our own assumptions and try to read the gestures of aresh as kinda romantic I guess.
But anyways I love the mc he's strong and determined.
