I wouldn't say healthy. The uke forced himself on the seme while he was drunk, and obviously there was a power imbalance since the seme knew he couldn't push him away since he was a customer. So dubious consent. Yeah, it's better than most of the extra toxic shit that gets made, but it still did not display a healthy nontoxic relationship.
