Okay yeah in real life we'd probably hate this dude but bc it's fiction it's always the psychopaths that make the stories interesting for ppl I guess, like my guess is he probably won't kill them and this is just one of those cliffhangers that make the reader want to read more? That's not a really valid reason. they can still call for 911 anonymously and other stuff. it's like watching someone murder someone? and too scared to stand up? nobody has to, they can just get help for the victim. it is the same. sorry but it is.

Im pretty sure the mc wouldnt stand up to someone being bullied either..and yes they can call 911 but they have no evidence and also...theyre kids..also tht still doesnt mean tht theyre as bad as the bullies...bullies bully out of satisfaction..a bystander just watches and decides to do nothing about the situation..sure they share some blame but not as much as the bully..and again im pretty confident the mc wouldnt stand up for someone being bullied either..if a classmate did do tht im confident they would inturn be bullied as well and in the end solve nothing...in these situations its best for the victom to get his own evidence and file a law suit for harrasment and assault

i think he would stand up to someone if he saw them bullying. I'm sure he'd try but get beat up. and no evidence???? there are so many witnesses? i understand they're kids but if they act like this then i cant imagine them being s decent person when they're all grown. and the law wouldn't do anything for him lmfao. especially in korea, they don't take bullying serious and they just ignore the calls for help. and being a bystander and saying nothing is just as bad. as long as anyone doesn't say anything, the more bullies feel encouraged and the more fearless they get. bystanders are the problem too. its 50 50 . i think they are the problem and share the blame as much as the bullies do. I'm pretty sure if the bully was in the victim position he would be crying screaming for help and asking why nobody is helping him. why is he crying and screaming to the bystanders? because he knows that people are supposed to help the victim and report it because if he didn't, then he wouldn't have been asking for help at all.
