I just reread everything - It seems like he goes out of his way to find Alphas and attack them, and he does so with a gang. The only time he mentions actually being attacked was when he was 14 and forgot to take his inhibitor. Which later led to him punching the assailant and breaking his teeth by accident ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ Plus I don't think he would be jailed for that long if it was all in self defense

He only lures them in after they attack him. Flirting with alphas doesn’t mean he wants to be sexually harassed by them.
So the Omega just goes around flirting with Alphas, then attacking and removing their teeth??
