I agree, yes he’s a piece of crap, but he behaves exactly like women who’ve been psychologically abused for years. And it’s not just him. All the servants are showing the same signs of emotional damage. The doctor noted this and feared f he didn’t leave immediately he’d also become damaged. I have a lot of respect for him. I hope he makes sure Lilith knows what’s going on.
