Ah, I guess I'm remembering wrong. I remember Tasara had attempts on his life by numerous people, but I thought Nara finally started with the poisoning because they threatened to kill Haran if he didn't. You have givien me good reason to re-read, thanks :)
He did tell him. When Tasara figured out that he was Nara, Nara told him with his thoughts. And Tasara told him that he doesn't care. I don't think Tasara knows about Haran though. Telling about that may be worth a try haha.
You're right Nara did feed him poison but after awhile when Tasara started showing the effects of it (coughing) he started taking it himself.
And apparently he had to use it cause his younger sister was sick and he needed his uncles help, who was the one that told Nara to poison Tasara if he wanted the help.
