Idk I think he could definitely see them as a kid but denied it bc he was scared of how his mom was affected. I still think it’s a hereditary disorder for him, which doesn’t seem outside of the realm of what this manhwa depicts like u said. His home and the dorm are pretty stressful I think which would connect the places he’s seen “ghosts,” at least rereading it definitely seems that way. i dont think the others really saw anything like with marie they might all just be freaked out but i do think he has a hereditary disorder he got from his mom and the truma of her death made it worse i think i mean even the translator said its not a horror and the ghosts are just for spice
