There's no letter V in korean so often time it's written using the letter B in korean instead. 비비 (how it's spelled in the raws) can be interpreted as both Bibi and Vivi. Unless there's an official English translation of the name, I don't think we can know for sure. Also, I feel like in these fantasy setting, Vivi makes more sense!

ya also korean pronunciations don’t have to be pronounced super clearly, “n” could also be read as “d” and it’s the same with “v” and “b”
um I don't know if anybody else did this but I understand Korean and from what I read I think her name is Bibi not Vivi but i mean.. you don't have to change it both are cute names haha
