Your partner doesn't need to be a bad person to break up. They probably didn't click with each other in terms of ideology or just became distant from one another
But they already broke up even before the incident with his sister.

Seriously, why did Mongryong and his ex break up? His ex, asides from looking hot, has quite a pleasant personality not to mention he's probably responsible since he manages a business and takes care of his younger siblings. When he was captured and beaten, he didn't betray Mongryong. He always help Mongryong and overall they have a very good relationship with each other. So why exactly did they break up?
