Is it just me or is the story kinda...fast paced? Parts of this was slightly cliche too. I get that there was a time skip but it's only 11 chapters in and the story progression feels too off. Idk, I'll read a bit more and see I guess.

Yep pacing aint great, you dont really get to see their relationship develop at all. It was like o no my family gonna die by the hands of evil tyrant, and then skipped to im his beloved, competent secretary and oh yeah no, he isnt actually a tyrant LOL

It's weird that the author try to play it off that Kahir isn't actually a tyrant. He LITERALLY ruined Rosaline's whole family because he missed an appointment with the blondie, like it's not enough to just fire the brother. The reason why he's so reasonable with Rosaline now is because she's competent and he's attracted to her. If his setting is a tyrant, then he's a tyrant. It just make it half-assed that suddenly he's not a tyrant anymore because Rosaline know him more

Yeah I find this is an issue in a lot of isekai manga. You have this terrible tyrant character who has no issue with killing people left and right, then mc comes along and the author desperately wants to try and turn them into a "good" character and make excuses/validate why they were bad -_- like eh not really believable/not well written
