the emperor locks them in the mansion for like a few weeks or months and is basically rlly controlling
he'll lock both navier and heinley in the palace or smth for a long time and after a while he'd allow heinley to get out but he'll keep navier locked up so she'll have to escape. she escaped with heinley and there was a compartment in a carriage where she stayed hidden
