Their age gap is not even 10 years tho, Kento and Take is 6 years apart, Ryou and Hayato is 5 years apart, and for Kento and Take, yes their relationship start early but even then they didn't really do any physical thing until Take at less 16 years old (which age of consent in most Asia country), and for Ryou and Hayato case, they technically not blood related and in my book its fine as long as you're not blood related soooo cheers :") I mean I guess it's gonna be weird because they're stepbrother, just don't call each other stepbro tho lol and the story is just too cute >.<

Well I don't know it just my opinion, and for me as long as their age gap isn't above 10 years, its fine, I usually see it from both side too, which is why my view become to flexible I guess lol
