She needs to die with an intent, not because she wants to die. She's still gonna survive. In the first timeline she was killed because she murdered Helena and there's intent in that, so that's why she's gonna do the same thing because they will kill her because she did something unlawful not because she wants to die.
I honestly don't understand why Eris is still trying to put up with this shitty people around her. She could've just ran away or ask someone to kill her in a less painful way then boom she's free. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
