the story doesn't say she actually has post partum but it's the translators who think so. personally i think her behavior was always like that. I think og ella was nice but the person who reincarnated (twice) is just like that. a selfish narcissist. plus she does some crazier stuff in this timeline and it's just her being crazy and obsessive nothing to do with post partum (it's possible that she had it in her first reincarnation but this timeline she's just crazy)
