It's my first time seeing a small seme. But let's normalize it. I mean it's cute tho, how he wants someone to rely on him and how hot he is while staring at the uke or when he does nothing at all , also when he is teasing him.
Seme aren't always supposed to be bigger or stronger than the uke, small one can also be dominant ^^
