the perp coulda brought up dr. han's assault on the perps lover and dr han would then have to go into a seperate court case for that and lose for a lack of evidence since from what im suspecting, he has nothing to save himself

But how can we even be sure about this when we don't know the full story, for all we know it could have been a misunderstanding....you do have a point though
