can someone pls explain to me what he mean at the end of the chapter?

I think he may have took ‘see me’ to a different meaning. He’s known to kill blind people, but since the mc claimed that he could see him, it could be a new game for him. ‘Love’ here could be used as an obsession since this is a new game to him, I wouldn’t take his sense of love seriously. It kinda turned into the premises of ‘Warehouse’ vibe, with the ‘nobody will miss this kidnapped person, and their kidnapper will let them live *comfortably*’
But ehh, take it as you will. That’s how I saw it at least.
