Maybe that's meant they are destined to be, and even if they don't end up dating in this life, Cain will still be as loyal in their next lives or some sht like that.

of course, like most manwhas, we can already guess who's going to end up with Jooin. But I just don't see why Cain couldn't just be some tall dude who simply fell in love, why bring all of these past-life-eternity drama like it won't make sense at all especially regarding the basic end that it will have. Poor dog at least give him a better partner than Jooin, who i'm guessing is gonna go for him while knowing he'll drop everything for neko boy ╥﹏╥
