He stays a girl until the latest chapter as of now. As a matter of fact, I bet that if he were to turn back into a guy that most likely would mean that the manga is nearing its end. I mean, the plot revolves around his body being turned into a woman. After all, it's not titled "Mookhyang - the dark LADY" for nothing.

so does he turn back any time soon aka in the next hundred chapters or so or does he stay a lil girl? i personally prefer his og look cause i'm a sucker for his aesthetic but i don't hate that he's a girl much just curious if he'll like return to his og body at any point.
