I have a strong feeling that he knows AHIN he probably saved him in the past or helped him some how and then he became obsessed with him and started staking and observing him from a destinte and now he is repaying him and my doubts were even more confirmed after he helped to aH-IN's friend from death ... Maybe the PPL he killed have some sort of connection even that guy who died while calling his mom's name maybe he ain't a good person no one said that a person that Love his mom is actually good example JASON the killer from Friday the13th... Maybe our killer actually kills only bad ppl he's playing the role of karma and he have been hinting to it too the subject of his books and his dialogue with AH-IN's too he's implying to something
