No, i don't think she got angry. Like what was stated at the promotional manhwa "it feels like it was out of my control so I decided to run away." From what I read on the spoilers, Dylan will do something to the emperor and that's when char realised dylan's obsession (?) Not quite sure. But I don't think she run away cuz she was angry.
she already knows that dylan likes her that's why she was avoiding him and trying to find him a candidate for marriage. i think she isn't angry? more on betrayed that dylan who she is manipulating is doing whatever he wants now so she ran away as she can't control dylan anymore
