Author is a trash from what I have heard (racist) and sueing is probably just a bullshit threat. Besides that I'm pretty sure author has nothing to gain by sueing, just wasted time and a lot of money that they will never get back
Honestly they can't really sue mangago since they are not the ones posting here. This is just a platform, while other groups scan and translate. Even if they wanted to sue someone they'd have to sue the uploaders which is a goose chase ╮(￣▽￣)╭

The racist acussations were not true, they were made by a tøk girl who made the same towards multiple other Authørs and even Lēhzįπ itself, then claimed they never did that or towards that particular Authør, then proceeded to keep saying lies in the Authør replies and acting like the victim of the situation, causing the Authør to receive a shit ton of hate. The Authør is constantly complaining by overall I||ēgä| readers, non race specific, but said Girl took their tweęts out of context, exaggerated it, misstranslated some and spreading that the Authør was racist. They did apologized, but like said before, they made a shit apologize, while still acting like the victim and spreading lies and hatę in the Authør's replies, so the Authør didn't accept it and said that they would accept when they apologize sincerely and in a language the Authør can understand.
Someone who also acussed them of being racist, said the Authør called a language of "centophed language" but that was another misstranslation that the ppl who understand korean quickly explained. But, since some ppl without all the info keep saying they are racist, the rumour keeps growing, even thought it was already proved to not be true.
They 100% can sue Mangago for allowing illegal distributions??? Uploaders are just third party, Mangago admins are responsible for allowing the uploads to happen to begin with, without the site there wouldn't be the illegal uploads so yeah they can? :/
