This Manhwa seems interesting but what does it mean it's a PROMO? Will it be serialised or not? How can we make it possible?

theres a chance it will or wont be serialized at all :<
ig it depends on how popular itll be to kr readers

Promos are used to promote the novel, I think if the novel got big enough then there’s a chance of a manhwa
