There was a story where the girl's in a novel where her brother is in R19 novel he gets assulted and stuff (supposed to be yoai)at the school or smthin but since SHE is the one who got isekaied she takes his place and go to that place she finds the Ml who can can genderspawn (Orginally place) as a girl he gets eye stabbed and seeks for help but FL runs away and months or so later he comes up to her a a boy and is like YOu are the one who did this to me I wont let you escape..ITS A STRAIGHT STORY BTW BECUZ OF ISEKAI
