It actually happened to me once. I had a shower, put on some nice underwear. Starting getting into it with the boyfriend and then BAM period.
It's seriously a thing. Mine nearly always surprises me! I actually think that the situation can sometimes kick start it into gear if you wear actually due.

That aside we didn't continue because personally I don't like the idea of it lol. But it's pretty well known that sex can alleviate period cramps! So Ley really missed out -_-

It can be embarrassing and uncomfortable for one or both sides tho. Also u can get a period just like that. I can’t even count how many times I didn’t notice I got it and I wasn’t prepared as well

As for the act while on your cycle, yeah its definitely something both parties need to be comfortable with (I'm not).

I feel it coming like 2 weeks before so it’s hard to tell when it actually comes. Sometimes I’m too tired wasting pads when it can take like 1 more week to get my period.

I feel so uncomfortable for the first few days before it even starts, and then wham I'm in heaps of pain. I have to pop ibuprofen like maybe 2 times a day. But they have to be hours apart from each other. And the worst part is when it starts at my job....it can't get any worse than that.

Bruh I’m so jealous that 2 pills are enough for u. I gotta take after surgery painkillers couple times a day and they don’t even always help.

I put them in hot tea because I can't swallow pills. Got a gag reflux . So anything pill like is a no unless I put it in something.

Omg I had the same problem for most of my life, I had to chew them. I learnt it quite recently, I will give u an advice so many try it. U drink a whole lot of water (keep it in your mouth) then take a pill and title your head back as far as u can. If u swallow it tht way there is no way u won’t swallow the pill since it’s basically just a way straight down your throat.

That sounds good too....but water makes me throw up during my cycle . That's why I drink tea.

But yeah it’s sucks. My periods are so freaking painful that none other then surgery medicine helps me, or the strongest ibuprom like 4/5 a day (and 3 is the maximum in the description). I need to get it checked out tho cause pains like that are not normal at all. Some women faint or puke from the pains of their periods and that should be checked out, often they don’t find a cause till like 8 years later or smth and doctor in hospitals etc always dismiss it cause it’s “just” period. It’s very angering. Cause it’s often endometriosis but that is a very hard to verify disease so most women just suffer through it

I'll try it...I've burned my tongue so much over the years that I think I'm immune at this point . But cold tea is good too. The reason I put it in how tea is to break it down. Put a little honey in there and it's good. Even when I don't need the pills.
