But why?? I still don't get why! He raped and held captive the son of his love-interest (?) and you are supposed to feel sorry for him? I found the whole thing to be very bizarre. And I have the feeling I am still missing some important part of the story, justifying Rogis behavior expect him being just a psychpath.

This was technicly not rape as Tetsuyuki gave his consent to Rogi. (We can fight about what's rape and what's not, in my eyes this is very close to rape, or more like abusive sex/blackmailing)
And I know, this does not mean that Rogi is automaticly forgiven for what he has done, but this is something Tetsuyuki has to deside, and he in fact forgave, forgot and moved on. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Yes I feel sorry for Rogi, he is very pityfull - this does not mean I like him, I don't. Personaly I think we might understad him more when his story is on sale/online.
