As he has found the solution to control his blood thirst so other nobles asked him to visit or spend time with his concubines. FL need to do some sort of ritual by cutting her wrist to get rid of extra blood. Now ML is drinking the blood he needs and fl is getting rid of that blood she doesn't need.
