Tbh i feel like he's just want sex like that's it. He doesn't care if the case it's about the top's brother or the killer, he saw him and all he though was like sexual reasons that's it and i think he will not help the top at all but if in the future he like show more signs(of him actually knowing why the killer killed the top's brother)then i might stop thinking bad of him.
