I still don’t think Kaede loves Azusa. I think he cares for his general well being and doesn’t want to see another omega end up like his mom, especially if he is the cause. But I don’t think what ( if he feels anything at all ) he feels for Azusa is love. Cause the reason for him is always “oh I can’t do what my dad did to my mom to him” and never “I can’t betray him like this, I love him”. I don’t feel anything for Azusa either tbh. I wish kaede did leave him actually, kaede deserves better
