That’s not childish, it’s a cry for help, especially if she’s suffering from anxiety/depression
She's not being childish, she's dealing with mass hate, defamation and harrassament from people who claim to like her work, all that while already suffering from anxiety, depression and being suicidal. Also yes, she's want to süe.
Guys i just saw a post syaing abt how this author is threatening to commit suicide if she sees her manga getting uploaded on illegal sites again- like shess gonna do a law suite against all illegal sites? Just wanted to check the whether the first part is true like coz i dont want the author to hurt herself
