Why did they add in that Shio wanted to fuck his dad? what did that add to the story?

I fucking wonder! I think they changed their mind after as in Shio just felt unloved by his dad

I'm still reading from chapter 13 and I'm also confused. He wanted to fuck his dad but at the end, the only development we see are the main characters? The other characters were just kinda pushed aside after the main couple had their happy ending and we never got full in dept on what's the actual relationship between the king and shio. The king treats shio as his son but what about shio? How does he ACTUALLY think about the king? (∩⌣_⌣)
