It Is, What It Is

As all of my fellow readers below have said, the ending is lack luster at best. At the same time however, the ending is what it is and it’s not something you should focus too much on.

Think this way, would you have honestly continued reading after the main plot of a story ended? I certainly wouldn’t.

I enjoyed the missions and the team ups. It was interesting to see how each character would interact with the other. I also loved the romance and the drama. I enjoyed the journey and that’s whats the most important right?

Read it yourself and find out why despite the ending, it was worth the read.

I think the ending was done in the right direction. There was closure after all.

I suppose a lot of us here was "unsatisfied" with the story because it could have been more compelling. It felt like everything just fell in place for MC without her having really have to fight for it (other than her learning the sword, but even then that wasn't her idea). Heck, she was ready to give up on being the crown princess if not for Selena saving her ass last minute (and Selena is always saving her ass. Like, all the time).

I don't know. It was indeed a decent story and, all said and done, worth the read. But I can't deny that the story's flow kind of left the reader just... there. It wasn't frustrating to read, but it's frustrating now that it's over.
