Eve is still a kid, they don't specify age exactly but in chapter 1 when Gozu and Eve first meet Gozu says "You're the last boss Eve, from when he was a kid!" With a flash of what Eve looks like as an adult

He probably looks like that cause he hasn’t completely ‘levelled up’ yet, like to his demon form
