It's Yeolgwang or Enthusiasm in English. I'm not sure what's the official name in Lezhin though.
Dang! This is the second manhwa where the Seme has a Pearling. Yes, the modification is called a Pearling. Yeolgwang was the first one, and I thought what he had was Penuma there but it was an entirely different procedure. I gained unecessary knowledge because of my curiosity!!!
