In short, Sunbae saw the kids' photos in Hosik's phone and thought that he's actually married to someone else ( remember that Hosik never took off his wedding ring even after sunbae got amnesia but there's no ring on sunbae's finger) and that he has kids with his wife.

Even though I've read the raw for the next & latest chapter will be happy ending but still... It's sad to see Hosik's suffer... Wait for the next chapter guys, there will be a hurts & cry scene from hosik again even though Sunghyeon accept who he's... Maybe a misunderstanding.. IDK cuz I couldn't get the situation that much
