When Lucas Wykes's brother "Bairon Wykes" sees that Arthur tortured and killed Lucas, he does hate Arthur and holds a grudge against him. He isn't 100% an asshole compared to Lucas in my opinion.

Bairon is pretty cool. He was mad at Arthur for killing his brother which is a completely normal reaction, but so far he's level headed and besides being a bit tsundere he's a pretty cool guy.
