- He accused Penelope of trying to kill the crown prince when she was innocent
- He assumed that buying her gifts instead of apologizing to her would make her forgive him/fall in love with him (yes he was in love with her but still treated her shitty)
- He ruined her birthday/coming of age ceremony even though the dad and other brother tried so hard to make sure it was special for her
