I think Kaneki said "I won" and managed to break Arimas weapon. I am still weary of Arima though. I won't be at ease until the next chapter.

Kaneki used his kagune to distract Arima by going, "Aaaah," and his kagune said, "I won." Since what the kagune looks like is only dependent on one's imagination and RC count, Kaneki used that to his advantage.
Juuzou better kick ass. And I have no idea who's winning in Arima VS Kaneki. (Who said "I win" or something? And whose body part was cut up?)
