I really liked how the mangaka drew the characters. Freckles! But somehow the story seemed disjointed and wierdly paced, and suddenly done. I'm not sure why, as it had all the right elements, but they just didn't come together quite right for me. Maybe due the inclusion of the fairy, which, if you think about it, isn't really necessary.
