I think Byul is an omega, of course dominant one, cuz if u look at the author post of Byul & Heejun(Heesu & Dojun's child) , Heejun is taller than Byul, also at chapter 22, Dojin bought a pair of baby omega shoes and after Byul born, he wears it & it's fit him perfectly...
