I've read too much yaoi to a point that the psycho part didn't really bother me. So from a subjective perspective, yes. His mom forcing herself on him is the most disturbing part for me.
This went from heartbreaking to psycho dark real quick. Idk what to say.
The most disrubing part, however, is Makoto's mom forcing herself on him. This was disgusting. But it also shows why Makoto turned out like this - which is sad imo.
