I tried looking it up and the most I found is that it's possible if you've just ejaculated a lot. The thing that prevents them from coming out at the same time relaxes, so if you're stimulated again, the wrong place may react (otherwise you'd have a dry orgasm). From what I could find it's a cause for concern if it happens frequently.
