Maybe because that manga has no new chapters updates
I feel like ever since that one temporary shutdown, a lot of mangas have 1. stopped updating or 2. unknowingly finished
Same like I see that some mangas have updated but then I'm never told that it got an update so I have to check for them myself ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
