    He needs prison, he already killed some if not many people, including innocent patients.

    Even if he does get caught they will probably give him an insanity plea since they do a health check before anything. So basically he will most likely end up in a mental institution.

    Reminded me of Ed Gein, he's a serial killer that got an insanity plea. You can look up what he has done,,, it's truly disgusting.
